Currently, as a response to the humanitarian work in Poland andUkraine, she is leading the Regional Center Eastern Europe established by the Humanitarian Leadership Academy to support those, that deliver lifesaving aid.She has worked with organizations as certified coach, facilitator and systems psychodynamic consultant.She is a Member of the ISPSO and a co-creator of Group RelationsInternational. Her scientific background is in Cultural Studies.
