                                    Terms and Conditions of the Group Relations Conference:
                                      The Art of Repair -  Leadership Culture Change

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Members (also referred to as the „participants”)  of the face to face Group Relations Conference: The Art of Repair - Leadership Culture Change (hereinafter referred to as the “Event” or “GRC KRK 2023”) which will take place on April 20th – 23th, 2023. 
2. The Event is organised by O.Centre IWONA ZAPAŁA-SOŁTYSIŃSKA (hereinafter “O.Centre”), Kornela Ujejskiego  St. 11/3, 30-102 Kraków, Tax Id: 7371341182; Regon: 120480257 hereinafter “the Organiser”. 
3. The official partners of the event are: Wszechnica UJ, ISPSO, OPUS and Villa Decius. 
4. The Terms and Conditions are available to the Participants on the Event website:
   ‍www.grouprelations.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Event Website”)
   and https://group-relation-conference.konfeo.com/en/groups
   (hereinafter referred to as the “Registration Website”), in English.

                                            Registration of participation in the Event 

1. Participation in the Event requires:
   a) registration through the electronic system provided on the website: https://group-relation-conference.konfeo.com/en/groups, in which a person wishing to participate in the Event will be required to provide the following data: a. name and surname, email address, telephone number (optional), professional role, gender (optional), information about the former experience in GRC.
   b) payment of the conference fee. 
2. The fee includes: admission to the conference sessions, lunches (21-23.04) and coffee breaks (20-23.04).
3. The deadline for submitting the applications is published on the Event Website.
4. In the event of resignation from participation in the GRC KRK 2023, the Participant is obliged to immediately inform the Organiser by sending relevant information to the email address: rafal.stozek@grouprelations.pl.
5. Participation in the Event takes place in Villa Decius, ul. 28 LIPCA 1943 17A 30-233 KRAKÓW, Poland.
6. Participants shall be obligated to follow the security rules, health and safety regulations, and fire safety regulations applicable at the premises where the Event is organised, and to follow the instructions given by employees, collaborates, and subcontractors of the Event Organiser, or officers in charge of order and security.
   
7. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions inter alia due to a change in generally applicable law and the need to adapt the to this change.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to change the date of the Event if its performance within the time limit referred to in section 1 above will be impossible or excessively difficult for reasons beyond the control of the Organiser, in particular due to restrictions, orders and bans related to the emergency or pandemic state. The change of the date of the Event will be immediately announced on the Event Website.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to change the date of the Event if its performance within the given will be impossible or excessively difficult for reasons beyond the control of the Organiser, in particular due to restrictions, orders and bans related to the emergency or pandemic state. In such a case participants have a right to cancel if they so wish.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the schedule. In the event of changes,
    the Organiser will inform about them immediately on the Event Website.

                                                              Prices and cancellations

1. The prices of participation, stated also on the event website as well as on the registration website, are as follows:
   - Up to 15 January 2023, 480 EUR
   - After 15 January 2023, 550 EUR
   All prices exclude VAT.
2. Cancellation made up to 14 days after submitting the registration form will be refunded due to the right to withdraw from an agreement. A Consumer who entered into an agreement remotely may within 14 calendar days withdraw from said agreement without stating a cause (Dz.U. 2014 r. poz. 827 ze zm.).
3. Cancellations made 45 days or more in advance of the event start date, will receive a 90% refund.
4. Cancellations made within 44 - 30 days will incur a 50% fee.
5. Cancellations made within 29 days will not be refunded.

                                                                COVID symptoms

1. In case of symptoms that may be COVID related,  the participants are required to take a COVID lateral flow test.  If the test is positive, then, to prevent infection, participant should not attend the Conference. A full fee refund will be given.  The Conference is designed as a face-to- face event,  and it is not possible to join events  by video platform.

                                                                        Complaints

         In case of complaint please send us an e-mail at krakow@gropurelations.pl. All the complaints will be            respond to within 14 days.

                                                             Language of the Event

         The conferences language is English, but this doesn't exclude dialogue in other languages. The event            will not be translated.

                                                          Consent to use the image

1. Organiser plans to have a photo report from the Event for documentation purposes (e.g. reports and statements), information purposes (available at the Event website), promotional purposes (e.g. at the Event website and social media profiles of the organiser and its official partners), and for archiving purposes. 

                                                                             Data 

1. The Personal Data Administrator of a participant registering for the event is O.Center - Krakow Centre for Human Relations. 
2. Participants have the right to access their personal data and the right to rectify, delete or limit data processing, the right to object to the processing, and the right to data transfer. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office when the processing of personal data violates the law.                                                                             Final 

1. These Terms and Conditions are made available to the Event Participants on the Event Website and shall enter into force on the day they are posted on the above-mentioned website. 
2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event, change its program and formula. The Organizer will immediately announce the cancellation of the Event on the Event Website. 
3. In matters not covered by the Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
